The SBCA Vehicle Management System (SVMS) is the official digital gateway designed to streamline the vehicle sticker application process for the San Beda College Alabang community.

Our objective is to modernize campus access through a highly organized, secure, and efficient online platform, replacing traditional paper-based methods with real-time digital processing.

A structured online interface for entering personal identifiers and vehicle technical specifications efficiently.

2. Credential Verification

Submit high-resolution digital copies of required documentation, including Official Receipts (OR), Certificates of Registration (CR), and institutional identification cards.

3. Real-time Status Tracking

Monitor the progress of your application through a personalized dashboard, from the initial "Pending" state to "Final Approval."

Technological Integration

SVMS leverages modern technology to ensure accuracy and campus safety:

Automated Data Extraction (OCR)

Utilizing Optical Character Recognition to automatically parse data from uploaded documents, minimizing manual entry errors and accelerating processing speeds.

Future Development: Smart Access

Planned integration of QR-coded stickers to allow for rapid, touchless verification by campus security personnel via mobile scanning units.
