01 Introduction and Acceptance
- Purpose: The San Beda College Alabang Vehicle Management System (SVMS) is the official platform for the administration and issuance of vehicle stickers.
- Agreement: By accessing this system, users signify their irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Eligibility: Use is strictly limited to currently enrolled students, active faculty, and recognized staff of SBCA.
02 User Responsibilities
To maintain campus integrity, users are bound by the following obligations:
- Data Accuracy: Users must provide truthful and verifiable information. Any discrepancy may lead to immediate revocation.
- Account Security: Users are solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities under their account.
- Strict Prohibitions:
The following acts are strictly prohibited:
- Submission of fraudulent documents (OR/CR, IDs).
- Attempting to bypass system security or gain unauthorized access.
- Commercial misuse or unauthorized transfer of issued stickers.
03 Approval and Issuance
The submission of an application does not guarantee approval. All requests undergo a rigorous manual verification process by the General Administrative Division.
- SBCA reserves the right to deny any application that fails to meet institutional safety standards.
- Approved stickers must be claimed in person at the designated campus office with original documents for final verification.
04 Data Privacy & Compliance
RA 10173 Compliance: In accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, SBCA ensures that all personal data, vehicle details, and images collected are handled with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Usage: Data is used solely for vehicle identification, campus security, and administrative records.
- Retention: Information is stored securely and retained only for the duration of the current academic year/employment period.
05 Limitation of Liability
San Beda College Alabang provides this system on an "as-is" basis. The institution shall not be held liable for any technical interruptions, data loss, or damages resulting from the use of the portal.
06 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal disputes shall be settled within the proper courts of Muntinlupa City.
